Philip George joined the HBA family in 2012 and holds the position of senior manager of marketing and communications. In this role, Philip guides all chapters/affiliates in their marketing efforts, manages all email marketing communications, leads all virtual programming marketing campaigns, edits the HBAdvantage publication and maintains the HBA website and social media channels.
Philip has extensive experience in nonprofit marketing after holding multiple roles for companies such as the American Association for Cancer Research and the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation. Philip’s email marketing techniques were featured on the Informz blog and he was presented the 2013 Angerosa Research Foundation Rising Star award. Philip earned a bachelor’s of science in marketing from the Rutgers University School of Business.
