Natasha is the vice president of operations for PWNHealth in New York City where she is responsible for operations excellence, risk mitigation, security compliance, due diligence and operations for international expansion. Her professional portfolio includes serving at Physicians Interactives (acquired by Merck) where she was the senior vice president of client delivery operations and International Business and Medsites (acquired by WebMD) vice president of client and creative services. She also has agency experience supporting the digital arm of GHG in New York City.
Through her 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Natasha has championed women in the workplace and enjoys mentoring women to pursue their professional goals. She serves on the board for the Healthcare Women’s Association as GM for the Charlotte Affiliate Chapter. Natasha lives in Charlotte with her husband and four children.
Teisha is currently a director of strategic accounts for Johnson & Johnson Health Care System’s Strategic Customer Group. In this role, she has responsibility for the largest IDN’s in the Carolinas and Georgia where she partners with corporate leaders to enhance partnerships with Johnson & Johnson by focusing on the health system’s strategic priorities. She also manages contractual agreements for her IDN’s, in addition to collaborating with J&J’s Medical Device and Consumer sectors to achieve successful partnerships with customers. Most recently Teisha was a district manager with Janssen Oncology (Johnson & Johnson) covering MD, DC, VA, NC, SC and parts of GA. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing at small biotech and large pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Teisha consistently demonstrated a strong history of account management and sales success at both Genentech Inc. and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where she started her career.
Teisha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, in addition to a Master’s in Business Administration. She currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two children.
Nisha Pasupuleti is a System Director at CommonSpirit Health, where she develops transformative population health strategies for vulnerable populations. Prior to her current role, Nisha was a Manager in population heath for Atrium Health, where she focused on value-based strategic initiatives. Nisha’s primary responsibilities included creating high-level recommendations and strategic plans that drive systemic goals, regional partnerships and community-facing programs. Nisha was the strategic lead for Carolinas Medical-Legal Partnership, a collaborative model that integrates legal services into Atrium’s workflow to address social determinants of health. Additionally, Nisha completed a two-year Administrative Fellowship at Atrium Health. In her first fellowship year, she served as the Corporate Quality & Clinical Integration Administrative Fellow, where she focused on behavioral health and quality improvement. In her second fellowship year, Nisha was the inaugural Michael C. Tarwater Administrative Fellow, where she rotated in strategy and at Carolinas Physician Alliance, a clinically integrated network.
Nisha holds several degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan; a Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University; and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Wendy currently is a senior marketing manager for Atrium Health, where she oversees various service line strategies for Musculoskeletal, Neurosciences and Surgery. Wendy’s primary responsibilities include developing awareness building and growth generating campaigns to provide optimal patient care and physician referrals. Additionally, Wendy works closely with administrative, clinical leadership and other key stakeholders to align on systemic goals and strategies.
Prior to her current role, Wendy was a healthcare project manager where she worked on a global women’s leadership initiative for a medical device client and a sales force optimization project for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical client. In addition, she’s a nationally recognized pharmaceutical sales representative promoting a $3 billion portfolio for TAP Pharmaceuticals in Los Angeles, CA. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Southern California. She’s very involved in the community and currently serves as the director at large for HBA Charlotte Affiliate and is on the board for the Steve Smith Family Foundation and the 24 Foundation.
Mandy is currently Director of Human Resources for Heath Systems Sales at Philips Healthcare. In her role, Mandy is responsible for partnering with sales leadership to set the strategic roadmap for the organizational structure, elevate capabilities, and drive employee engagement. Aligned with the HBAs mission and vision, Mandy is also responsible for driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Prior to her current role, Mandy served as the Director of Leadership and Selling Skills for the North America sales organization where she supported the development of sales leadership and onboarding programs for First-Line Leaders and Account Executives.
In addition to her time at Philips Healthcare, Mandy has worked for over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry, spending the majority of her career at Merck and Sanofi US. There her experience resides predominately in cross-functional commercial roles to include sales, sales leadership and product and leadership training, both in headquarter and field-based positions.
Mandy earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and holds certifications in coaching and facilitation of leadership and communications programs. She is extremely passionate in supporting the development of others to achieve their career aspirations and looks forward to serving in this capacity as the Director at Large, Membership and Volunteerism for the HBA Charlotte Affiliate. Mandy, her husband Geoff and their dog Charlie have resided in Charlotte for the past 9 years and are actively involved with the UK Alumni Association and local charities.
